About CNC Machining Calculators
These calculators separate mathematical relationships from machining recommendations. Cutting speed and feed per tooth must come from current guidance for the exact tool, work material and operation; machine limits must describe the actual machine and setup.
Results expose theoretical and limit-adjusted values so changes remain traceable. Unit switching preserves the physical quantity, while equations are evaluated in a consistent internal metric basis.
A calculator cannot inspect tool condition, runout, workholding, holder projection, coolant, engagement, machine torque or control settings. Review those factors before transferring any result to a program.
