Packaging & Pallet Planning Calculators

Compare package billing weight, plan uniform carton loads and estimate packaging purchases. Each tool keeps measurements, operating constraints and calculation assumptions visible in the results and export.

Plan from measurements and explicit constraints

Start with the finished outside dimensions and packed weight of your carton. Parcel dimensional weight compares two billing quantities; it is one part of a carrier price calculation. Divisors, increments and dimension rounding are editable so you can reproduce the rules that apply to your shipment.

Pallet Calculator distributes an order across capacity and remainder pallets. TI/HI Calculator defines a repeatable pattern of complete layers. Both use uniform upright grids, measured pallet height and tare, and entered loaded-height, gross-weight and stacking constraints.

Container Loading Calculator tests permitted uniform orientations against usable interior dimensions, door openings, payload and carton-layer limits. Hapag-Lloyd equipment examples are editable starting values; confirm your assigned equipment and physical loading plan.

Packaging Cost Calculator estimates a purchase-oriented batch budget. It rounds boxes and tape purchases, shows material and labor costs separately, and uses prices you enter. Save the result with its assumptions to compare scenarios or reconcile your actual batch afterward.
