What is a Contour Interval Elevation Planner?

A Contour Interval Elevation Planner is a planning and record-review tool that turns signed contour crossings, interval, and interpolation into approximate elevations and gain/loss. It exposes the scale, count, instruction, guidance, capacity, date, and source behind each result so unresolved assumptions remain visible.
