A beekeeping honey yield calculator estimates how many pounds of honey and jars you can harvest from your colonies. It factors in beekeeper experience, hive type, climate, and number of production hives, then projects revenue and beeswax from cappings.

Honey per hive = Base yield (experience) × climate factor × hive factor

Revenue = Total harvest (lbs) × price per lb

Jars needed = Pounds ÷ 0.75 lb (12 oz jar) or ÷ 3 lb (quart)

How It Works
